This deposit goes toward your total payment, which is due on the day of the session. Inquiries: All Inquires must be made here on my website. Final Payment: Final payment is due before leaving the agreed upon session location. Work on your gallery can begin once full payment has been received. Image Usage: Photographer has the right to use the photos for social media, portfolio, and marketing purposes. RAW Files: No RAW images will be provided. All photos from our photo session together will be delivered fully edited. You as the model agree not to edit any of the photos with filters that your photographer has sent to you. Travel: Client understands that the photo session will take place in West Maui and agrees to plan accordingly, allowing sufficient time for traffic to arrive promptly at the agreed-upon time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, paying for parking, and walking to the location. Clothing: Client agrees to avoid wearing white for the photo session, as it reflects sunlight and can make it difficult to capture clear, well-balanced images. Instead, opt for colors that complement the natural surroundings and enhance the overall look of your photos.
